MINT CHAPPATI

INGREDIENTS: makes 10-12

Wheat Flour-----------------------1 cups of standard measuring cup
Crushed Mint leaves--------------1/4 cup of standard measuring cup

Green chillies----------------------5 chopped

Mustard seeds---------------------1/2tsp

Cumin seeds------------------------1 tsp
Ginger-------------------------------1/2tsp chopped

Water------------------------------as required



salt---------------------------------to taste


DIRECTIONS:


1.Take fresh mint leaves , chopped green chilies,chopped ginger and crush with hand.

2.Crush for few mins till they all come together.

3.Add salt,mustard,cumin seeds and 1 cups of flour.

4.Mix properly and add hot water.

5.Make soft dough as required by adding oil.

6. Set aside for 30 mins.

7. Now make small balls and roll out to desired size using flour in between.

8.Fry both sides on a heated pan with oil.

9.Serve hot with chutney or curry.
