VEGGIE SPAGETTI WITH SUNDRIED TOMATOES--RM#2

DAY7 OF RM#2

INGREDIENTS:

Spagetti---------------------------1/2 12Oz. packet

Veggies----------------------------1 cup(cauliflower,carrots,bellpepper,....anything of ur choice)

Olive oil---------------------------4 tbp

Sundried tomato-----------------8-10 coarsely chopped

Salt--------------------------------to taste

Pepper----------------------------1/2 tsp

Vinegar---------------------------1/2 tsp

Italian sauce---------------------1 cup

DIRECTIONS:

1.Cook the spagetti in water with some salt as per the directions on the packet and turn off.

2.Let them stay in water till the veggies are cooked.

3.Heat oil in a skillet and add pepper,veggies.

4.Fry till they become crunchy.Now once the veggies are cooked strain out the water and add cooked spagetti to it.

5.Mix well.Add vinegar.Taste it and see if salt is sufficient enough.Else add a bit and saute for few mins.

6.Later add a cup of italian sauce.Turn off.add chopped sundried-tomatoes to them.

7.Mix on well to see that the sauce is coated evenly.In case can add a little bit more.

8.Garnish with herb leaves and serve.

Haaaaa??????Watching News channel with my hubby.......Sleeping for a long time........

Someone who's so naughty and irritates me every now and then...1st it would be my younger bro..lets keep the list a secret:)

Just to keep myself occupied with something i enjoy....COOKING and share it with others.

Definitely 101% being loved by someone :-)

I am not quite sure because there are a lot of cuisines that i still haven't tasted......But till date....Thai would be on the top

Child Education,Social Awareness,.

9. What takes you down the fastest?

when my hubby's mad at me.....I try to stay calm.....But we both cant stay numb more than a few hours

Anything that makes me feel confident,words of great scholars,Good Attitude.....

Eating healthy food thrice a day with some fruits in between!!!!!!Isn't it true.....:)

12. What kind of person do you think the person who tagged you is?

Praneetha.....one thing i can say for sure is she has a magic hand.....whatever she makes and posts turns out be exceptionally good.....themeasurements and everything goes well for me.

13. Would you rather be single and rich or married and poor?

I will earn as much as i can when am single ....then get married....So how can i be poor then????

14. Whats the purpose of such Tags?

Its just to know more of each other....their tastes,personaltiy and attitude.... Also, you will get to know about yourself. Not everyday you get to answer such questions. So, you get to discover your own self.

15.Is their sth that ur husband does for you most of the time????

He loves to watch action,romantic movies...I simply cant watch 2 hrs of it..i feel bored/fall asleep...has to be sth spicy and hot.......Dont get me wrong!!!It means i love to watch thrillers,horrors and sometimes comedy.He always ends up picking two horror DVD's on everytime to Blockbuster,He sits up with a bunch of bedspreads around him fully covered except for the eyes and nose.Thats so funny!!!!!!I also love to get onto big/scary rides esp the ones in SIXFLAGS

16. Would you forgive and forget someone no matter how horrible a thing he has done?Ofcourse!! Everybody makes mistakes no matter how big or small.I simply talk to them to make them realise of their mistakes.If they feel sorry for that what they have done ,then we just move on as before ,as if nothing has happened.But if they still cant open up their eyes, then i better leave it to them to make a decision.

17. Do you prefer being single or in a relationship?

Single for 20% of my life and rest in a relationship.....Thats what i did.....:)

18. How would you see yourself in ten years time?

A Big fat lady running around the house after my 3 kids......hehehe:).

19. What’s your favorite homemade food????

Ofcourse Hyderabadi Biryani...and mango pappu,mudda pappu,palakura pappu,tomato pappu(haaa am big fan of dal/pappu),tomato pachadi,gongura pachadi,chapala pulusu(fish in tamarind stew),pappu charu(dal sambar),guttivankaya (stuffed brinjal),majjiga charu,royala vepudu.....haa list goes on.....its so tempting.....

20. What’s the first thing you do when you wake up?

Reach up to the alarm...whats the time???....haaaaaa its still 7.30am.....Snooze it up....Comeon let me sleep for somemore time!!!!!
