SPINACH DIP--RM#2

INGREDIENTS:

Spinach------------------------------1 bunch steamed/1 cup frozen

Low-Fat Sour Cream----------------1 8-Oz container

Salt----------------------------------to taste

Garlic powder-----------------------1/2 tsp

Onion-------------------------------1/2 cup very finely chopped

DIRECTIONS:

1.If using a fresh bunch clean and chop.Steam till the leaves get wilted.Squeeze out the liquid.

2.Mix in all the ingredients except onions.

3.Combine well.Taste it and adjust accordingly.

4.This one can be stored in refrigerator for 2 weeks in an air tight container.

5.Add onions just before using else it wont last longer.

6.Serve with roti/ chips/tortilla.
